Luke: What approach do you take when matching clients with properties?

 

James: My approach is deeply personalised. I invest time in understanding my clients' needs, preferences, and lifestyle, ensuring that the properties I present align perfectly with their vision of an ideal home.

 

Luke: Can you share your proudest professional achievement so far? 

 

James: Definitely. One of my proudest moments was securing the Let for one of the most luxurious properties in Bucks. It was an extraordinary property sitting on a two-acre plot on the edge of Penn in the Chilterns, rented at £42,500 per month on a long-term agreement. Collaborating closely with the tenant and owner, we successfully converted the deal from a sales market listing to a rental.

 

Luke: How do you make sure everyone understands what's happening and stays updated during a big deal like the record-breaking one you talked about?

 

James: Making sure everyone knows what's going on and keeping them updated is really important. I always explain things clearly from the beginning and give regular updates along the way. It's all about being honest and talking to everyone involved so they feel confident and know what's happening.
